Staff is awesome..dont know why people are saying bad things. Store is always clean, they are courteous. I always shop this Store! I love these boots!
This is by far the worst ugg store I ever been to. The staff are so unprofessional and have rude attitudes. I refuse to purchase anything from here i will drive the extra miles to Paramus. Staff think they too pretty to give a helping hand too worried about her nail breaking while she stock the shelves. If i could rate this store no stars I would!
I called the store several times, because I would like to know if the boots I'm looking for, are in stock. they never answered the phone. After reading the reviews, I don't think I will be shopping there.
horrible staff, not professional at all. felt like they would cheat on costumers to get more money out of it. offering special sale prices and say at the end, that you just get it in a very special situation - they said it after i found 2 pairs of shoes, really? at the end i thought about it, if i really want to purchase something, when you get treated that bad. left the store without buying anything. just rude!
Not one to complain nor write emails but the way that we were treated was unfair and unprofessional. I received gifts from my husband purchased at store 497 in Jersey Gardens Mall. The first time in went in was to exchange or get a refund from one of the items that were purchased there, the cashier was nice but needed help from the manager it seemed as if she was having a bad day from what I noticed by her facial and body language. I ignored it and let the cashier explain to her manager that I had a gift receipt as they spoke I was on the phone with my husband explaining to him also. He asked if could speak to her, when I handed her the phone she seemed as she did not want to grab it so then I placed him on speaker, she said she could not do anything because a gift receipt and a regular receipt had different numbers and look as she were trying to find excuses. I told her it was fine id come back another day asked if I needed anything else. she simply replied just the original receipt. I then came back again 2 days later with the original receipt the young man who was also very nice helping me. She was there with another manager standing, once the young man finished my transaction and was taking my information she then stepped up to him and was telling him something about the transaction, I felt ignored and if my presence was not there, being that I was standing right in front if them and was given no eye contact what so ever, so now the issue was that I did not bring my credit card which was purchased in. Which I wished she would have mentioned this the first time I was there when I asked her if I needed to bring anything else. She told him he can offer me a merchant card at this point I was done talking in second person because I can clearly here everything she was telling him to tell me, I looked at her and ask if I can use the card in all places, She replied I can use it at uggs stores only. Once again feeling as if I were a piece of trash when she gave no eye contact as she replied and her body language was as if she were better than me. At that point I was over the whole situation and told her its fine, I just wished u would have mentioned this to me the first time." But she ignored me and continued to bag my item. My husband spent over $150 there to surprise me and this is how we get treated. So sad to say that I don't even feel comfortable to shop here anymore if this is the way customers get treated. perhaps she was having a bad week, but in my opinion if that was the case maybe she should have called out. Sadly I have to come back not once nor twice but 3xs just to get a refund!
