Go there because you love shoes not for the customer service. All they do is play around. I bought a damaged item and reordered a new one to pick up in store. Got to the store picked up the item I was in a rush so I just peeked at the surface of the shoes to see if it was the same item and I was totally excited. Decided I wanted to wear them today just to realize it’s the SAME damaged shoes I returned and reordered!!! I waited a week for the same damaged shoes?? Stop talking, playing around, being on your phone at the register and actually customer service!
