I would give them negative stars my company have been going there for 8 yes they are the Worst techs. Our drivers ever had they could not apply shoe Polish on shoes
Had a bad experience with ryder but they were my only option at the time. I dont even know why I tried to do business with them as I went through 4 broken trucks in a week at the new brunswick location. I arrived 5 minutes early on a cold day. There was an agent and a service person in the lobby and they would not let me in. They were just eating breakfast. When I got in the agent told me the truck was not available even though the website says it was available and she acknowledged that their system is not properly updated. Called up Ideallease and they got me a truck in an hour. Miller is also good in NJ - stay alway from ryder if you are renting small trucks
