DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. To sum up: they missed our pickup twice, showed no sense of urgency, and lied about their mistakes multiple times. Everything about our experience with this company was absolutely terrible.

Absolutely the most difficult company to work with, takes 2 days to get a confirmation and almost 4 days after you submit your request you are still not getting the certificate of insurance. Over 1 week of my booking, the company cannot accommodate your booking completely and I end up paying more to a moving company to get my moving done since I wasted so much time with closetbox. You can only call to follow up, they respond your email so slow and you have no other way to track your reservation other than call.

This company is a nightmare. They quoted one price and charged my card 3 times within 20 days without my consent and Everytime I call, they have another excuse or made up charge...DONT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL...The Better Business Bureau will hear of their Bait and switch tactics.......What they tell you is not what they do.....Closetbox Brooklyn., New York...............

After that, we rescheduled for the following Saturday. We received our delivery window to be between 2-4 PM, and the drivers were supposed to call 15-30 minutes prior to arriving. We were at the apartment from 12-7 PM, and no one ever came. Mistake #2.

We scheduled our initial pick-up for a Saturday and received our confirmation. We were told a second phone call would occur the day before pick-up, in order to provide our pick-up window. When that call never came, we called them, and they had no record of our scheduled pick-up. Mistake #1.

When we called customer service, the first representative said he had no way to call the movers. Lie #1. When we called back later and spoke to a different representative, she said she would call the movers to get an update and call us back. She called us back and said the movers claimed to have thought the pick-up window was between 12-2 PM, so they came but no one was there. Lie #2 (since we were there from 12-7 PM). Also, Mistake #3 (since the movers had the wrong time window), and Mistake #4 (since the movers were supposed to call 15-30 minutes prior to arrival). This company should do a better job communicating with the moving company, as well as do a better job vetting the moving companies they hire.

This company is a pure nightmare. Steer clear.

Given we had only a couple days left to move our stuff before the end of our lease, we were very concerned and made that clear to customer service. Our concern clearly did not matter to this company. They said they'd have a representative call us the following Monday to reschedule. Lie #3. Once again, no call came, so we had to call them and just cancel.
