Very efficient, professional, and friendly. Competitive price and have corporate discount options. They will clean the snow off your car in the winter and turn the AC on in the summer. I use their service routinely.
When that wasn't enough to get the car going and it was clear we needed a jump the shuttle driver tried to leave us in the "overflow" parking lot where the car was-- in the middle of the night!-- while we waited for the AAA tow truck to come and jump us.
Man! These guys have been such a help on numerous occasions. The name doesn't lie either; they make everything as easy as possible. The location is easily accessible and minutes away from the airport. I never have to wait upon neither arrival nor pick-up. I will never go to another parking facility unless I am going to an airport other than Newark (EWR). All the drivers and the woman I always see inside are so cool and friendly in addition to interesting! They appreciate your tips!! Oh yeah- the discounts are always going on, making them cheaper than any other competitor. It also doesn't hurt that I have never had an issue with my car upon arrival. You can trust these people!!\
I've used EZ Way parking for both personal and business travel and had no problems so I recommended them to my parents when we took a family vacation. We returned at 11:30pm on a Sunday night to find that the battery on their electric/hybrid was completely dead and that the back-up gas tank was also completely empty! After leaving just under a half-tank in the car the tank was below empty. (This is a 10 gallon tank- we put over 11 gallons into it!) The battery was also dead- it seems like someone drove it around all week and then sat in it with the radio on (the seat was reclined all the way, like someone'd been lounging in it)
After we finally got the car going (we were there until 2am dealing with all of this) we didn't get an apology or any indication that anyone at EZ Way parking cared *at all* about the situation.
Good lot, good price, good value BUT very difficult to get in touch with the corporate office if needed. No response from their tech people. I have been trying to get the on line discount for 5 months and they never send it to me. I used to get 2-3 e-mails a month with a discount code. Now it is none. I had to go to the Elizabeth DA to get an issue resolved.
I've been using EZ Way for over 10 years and have never experienced any problems. They are very convenient to Newark Airport and their rates are excellent. Most times, the shuttle to the airport is waiting at the office, or it arrives within minutes of giving the office my car keys. Pick up at the airport is usually quick. There have been times that the shuttle van has been delayed, but a few minutes extra is no problem. The drivers are courteous and the vans are fairly new. I would recommend EZ Way to anyone who is looking for a low cost alternative to airport parking.
When we complained to the staff all we got was, literally, a shrug and "What do you want me to do?" and "Don't you have AAA or something?" We finally convinced them to have the shuttle driver bring us to the gas station where he refused to buy a gas tank to bring gas to our car! We had to buy the gas tank ourselves! He did pay for *exactly* 2 gallons of gas.
