I love this place, they are fast, easy to get to always have my car ready when I return. You also can't beat the price.
However, my experience was excellent. Instead of spending close to 200 dollars on cab to and from Newark, I spent 59 dollars total for a parking space here for a week. They brought me to and from the airport with no hassle and no delay. My car was not damaged. The staff were nice and communicative. I had no problems with my service, and I was very happy to be able to park for such a discount. I still may think twice before booking in the future given the other bad reviews, but I did indeed have an above average experience with this company.
BANGED UP MY CAR
My car had a huge dent, the front door was badly scratched, and my rear bumper was bent. The staf on site was friendly and helpful, but the owner – Mr. Patel – is a crook. He refuses to return calls, then he texts "will call you later" for days on end without doing so. I have reported him to the police and my insurance company. Save yourself the trouble and pay an extra dollar per day for proper service. You won't get it from EWR parking.
By far the worst part of my whole trip. I've never written a google review before but felt it necessary to do so on this one. While parked in the lot right in front of the 'check in office/trailer' we were almost hit by an employee driving a car. Sketchy, unsafe, very rude. Would *never* go here with children. Or alone. Or ever.
I am aware that there are several bad reviews of this place.
Parking here was fine, and the shuttle to the airport was good. however the metal steps into their office trailer are cracked in multiple places and extremely dangerous when there is snow on the ground. Since you have to go inside to check in, this is a major problem especially if you are getting a bit older or have bad balance.
