It's a big no no.
Ordered at 713pm (Monday night). Was told my food would take 45 minutes to an hour. At 815 I still had not received my food so I called back was told my food would be leaving shortly. That they were super busy and that their drivers were busy.. I hung up and called right back up and told them I wanted to cancel. When I said I wanted to cancel I was told my food was already on it's way. Seriously less then a second ago I was told it would be on it's way soon but the second I said I wanted to cancel it's now on it's way... My five year olds bedtime is at 9pm. When I called at 715 and was told and hour I thought okay good I have enough time .. never again does not even begin to cover it! I ordered with my credit card and I expect a full refund!
This was the last time I ordered from them. NEVER AGAIN! And I DO NOT recommend this place at all.
Good food nice delivery guy only complaint would have to be the person who answered the phone seem to have never been educated on manners I said good afternoon he said yup I called back to compliment the food I said I'm calling to let you know the food was delicious he said ok needless to say that uneducated rude behavior made me never call back to order which is dumb on their behave I'm a father of 6 so I tend to buy a good amount of food oh well their loss not mine
When placing the order. They girl had an attitude when asking a couple questions. We ordered pizza, onion rings, and buffalo wings. The wings ended up being fried chicken with no flavor and dripping grease. The onions you can tell were frozen and tasted like crap, also soaked with grease. It was completely disappointing. The pizza was the only thing that was ok. Never again.
The burger was disgusting. Dry, no taste. The bacon wasn't done. There's suppose to be a cheese... I didn't find it. I asked for an extra fried onion and got none.
The plain cheese pizza is good. But I was sent the wrong soda with my order and one of the bottles was near the expiry date. So I wouldn't count on them using fresh ingredients either. Also, the chicken nuggets and fries tasted pre-cooked and microwaved.
