Employees are too ghetto. They drop profanity and horseplay alot. The delivery is fine. Going inside for carryout is a whole different story.
I honestly never had a problem with this place unlike the other people who reviewed it. I always order online though. Best pizza in my opinion. Thin crust pizza is amazing. The delivery times can vary. It can take like 20 minutes or like an hour and a half. It depends on the time and day you order I think.
My pizza and my wings were cold. I picked up my order as soon as it was ready. So why was it cold? To-go orders were not sitting in a hot bag. They were sitting on a baker’s rack. Unacceptable. I will not order from this location again.
Pizza cold, with hardly any toppings and no sauce-completely dry. Horrible. Only tried because it's Christmas Eve, just got home from work and nothing else open. Wont make that mistake again. Don't know why I wasted time reviewing. This place obviously doesn't care about them.
I ordered 2 Medium pizzas at 11:45pm for delivery. I was told it was going to take between 1-1½ hours. After waiting an hour, I called to see if the driver had already left. I was told that he had. After 30 minutes, I called back and was told the driver would call when outside. I called back again and was told that the driver supposedly called and someone told him they never ordered pizza. I told the clerk that was impossible because no one called at any time and I was using the same phone all along to call them. So now the clerk informed me that she didn't have a driver to make the delivery and the order was cancelled. To make matters worse, she had an attitude. This was now 1:40am. I will NEVER place another order with them. The service is deplorable. They need to train their staff on Customer Service procedures. Stay away from this place!!! It's not worth the effort. I would rate this place a fat ZERO!!!!
