Was fine as a comped hotel night from the airline. Far from nice, but a functional night of rest for free. Toilet leaked, the shower time was discolored on the bottom, and the hallways were worn. However, the front desk staff was efficient and helpful, and they had free toothpaste and brushes for us (which was nice because we only had our carry on luggage.
Customer service was fine. Hotel newly renovated. But you can hear everything from your neighbors to folks down the hall. Nice amenities, but I wouldn't return. Although, it's priced cheaply and next to Ruby Tuesday's and IHOP. This is the "go to" hotel when you receive a voucher from the airport, along with a $20 voucher per person. There's a mall across the street as well.
The hotel was cute and the beds were comfy, but the heat in our room didn't work for a few hours and there was no hot water. There was a typical hotel breakfast, but it was very chaotic. Don't know if it was just an atypically busy weekend or what, but it wasn't a particularly pleasant stay.
The concierge at check in took a long time to acknowledge my presence even though no one else was in line. The maid service attempted to get in the room before 10 am and did not knock prior to attempting to get into the room. Despite those mishaps the stay was uneventful. The location was perfect. Check out was a breeze.
The place is very convenient for shopping at Jersey Gardens Mall and Ikea. However it is a little run-down and shabby. Breakfast is standard but good. They are renovating at the moment so there is the possibility that it will improve. All in all, it is a decent stay that is very convenient but don't expect much from the rooms.
