very bad place they talk in french when they wanna talk about their customers,very rude.....my daughter came their for 2french braids and sat for 3hours because every hair stylist said they were doing micro braids and not stopping

I went to get my hair twisted, I waited three hours to get into the chair
I was referred, no appointment. Was disappointed when I walked in. The place was filthy and dark, no air conditioning:(. I sat on the couch but it smelled so bad I ended up moving and sitting in a stylist chair. Vivian started my hair at 10:00am (8 twist done) but then someone that must have been a regular there walked in and Vivian told me that she had to take her because she had an appointment, which I later found out by the girl that it wasn't true. Vivian started my hair again at 11:30am and finished at 5:50pm, I was soooooo disappointed once again that they used dirty towels to dry the twist after dipping them in the hot water
After two braids I realised they were rushing and not doing what I asked.I pointed it out to them and they got an attitude..so. I had to leave
PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO HERE ! They were so rude ! I walked in , the two ladies working just looked at me and didn’t say anything . Then she asked what I wanted , I told her . She told me to sit down. I sat for 30 minutes while she was on the phone . She came back , was about to start my hair , and said it’s late that she can’t do the style I want, and that the other lady is not feeling well , that she can’t do my hair either . WHY HAVE ME WAIT IN THE FIEST PLACE ? Never again !
