Such an amazing experience here. The owner is wonderful with an amazing spirit. She did a exceptional job on my hair. She was quick and it came out really neat. She just won a lifetime customer. I truly recommend her. Shop is also clean and professional.
This shop is very good! I got my hair done today and I am in love with it. They are very professional at what they do. They made me feel so good and safe. They style I got was very neat and perfect! I will come back to this shop. I thank you and keep it up!!!!!
I called the day before telling the owner that I would be coming in on Sunday at 9 and that I wanted small box braids that go to the butt length. She said ok its starts at $110. Went to the shop the next day which opens at 9 on Sundays no one was there except security. I waited till 9:45 for someone to come, I showed her what I wanted she told me to call Aicha.. then she said it was $180 and that was fine.. then she start complaining about how small my braids were and how long I wanted it.. So me the customer compromised on what hairstyle I wanted so she can be happy and it wouldn't take her long!!!.. then she decides to do the braids bigger like poetic justice braids!! Completely not what I wanted... but at this point I'm aggravated and need my hair done so I let it go... I asked her how much it would cost since you my braids are bigger!! She said $180 because I was using a lot of hair!!! Like I wanted small braids!! Not big and now I'm getting charged the same price... then again I let it go cause she already half way through my hair.. while this is going on she is the only person in the shop and customers keep coming in and she tells them oh the wait is 30 mins so they wait but yet she is still doing my hair and no one else had Came till almost 1... FYI after all this my braid where not even that neat!! I will never go hear again!!! The reviews on here are very misleading!!!
Great customer service, my hair was slayed per usual , I go there for sew ins, boxbraids and corn rolls I'm never disappointed . Aicha is the best , she will make sure you leave the shop on point
