Great atmosphere with amazing service. Staff is very polite and attentive. The food is amazing. I recommend it to all of my friends and family members.
Good morning everyone . I went there yersteday with my kids to eat .. but I can't believe the food was so nasty .. I was eating cold food ... I want to complain but was so many people around I got so embarrassed. I decide to post on line ... I'm not complain about the service . but the food was just nasty .. my kids got sick as soon they came home .. I just wish was the same as I eate in some other place .. I'm not sure what's going on but was not right ... I feel like I eate left over from other night . tj e bread was cold is hell . the bacon was so nasty and hard .. I'm so sorry but I need to let everyone know .. in the future they need to have better food ... I pay for what I get .. and I believe the food was not cheap .. anyway . what can you do .. too late now ..
The service was good. The waitress was very nice. I was highly upset about my food and seating. There was a bug on my fries and little bugs flying around. The manager did not even come by and excuse himeself or offer to move me and my toddler. All the manager did was did was yell the waitress to take the fries off my tab. NEVER AGAIN!
Food excellent. Service was great. Original hamburgers and fries. We couldn't try the shakes. We will next time
My daughter and I stopped at the Mall on our way to a concert. The mall itself was very nice. We were both hungry and a bit pressed for time so we decided on Johnny Rockets. It was not an enjoyable experience. I ordered the route 66 burger. My bun was cold. The burger was lukewarm and the cheese wasn't even melted. We asked the sever for silverware and it came to us wet. I found this to be a little disgusting. Did they just run the silverware under water to clean it? My daughters chicken sandwich was cold also. I work in a restaurant and found this place totally unacceptable.
