The wait is ridiculous. I was there for 4 hours and they wrote on my dismissal paper that I left before. the doctor(old one) is very unprofessional and rude. However the staff are caring and gentle but they need to improve their patient care so that we can write a good reviews
Very long wait. Front desk staff very rude and unaccomodating. Paperwork that was faxed to them directly was misplaced. Doctor himself was very kind and knowledgeable. Just the front desk staff that needs to be trained on providing more empathic care and organizational skills.
The women in front were terrific... very patient and helpful.
The physician, on the other hand, was an embarrassment. He didn't listen to anything I said, and he btarely glanced at my MRI report before sending me on my way with a clean bill of health. Meanwhile, I went there because I have had constant debilitating pain from my neck into my left arm for 3 weeks, and the c-spine MRI showed arthritis, bone spurs, 4 herniated discs pressing on my spinal cord, and at least 2 discs that are virtually wasted away and need replacement. Yet, the "physician" said he saw no causality for my pain.
I needed a TB skin test to work at the hospital. The team was very nice and efficient, and kept me informed on how long my wait would be. When I came back for the follow up, they had it complete in 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Start to finish went by very fast. They just motivated me to do my part expeditiously to keep me moving forward through the process and once inside they were very professional but with a great personality
