The service here is non existent and the staff has an excuse for everything that they can't do for you. Please don't waste your time here they won't help you at all
There is an appointment system for you to renew or get a passport. Seems very efficient to me.
They never answer the phones so unprofessional
They have to change the staff. They all are a bunch of inconpetent. All they do is give you excuses everytime you go and complain they don't get pay enough to help all the people.
They need to do something with the staff they always have excuses for everything. The website says that it's open till 4:00pm, I came here at 9:00am but they said that they have this "list" that gets full by 8:00am and won't take care of another person, because their agenda is full for the day. I came yesterday at 2:00pm just to ask some information and they were just sitting in their desk doing nothing... some of them are polite and with manners the other ones treated you like nothing!!
