Manny is absolutely phenomenal. He's friendly, direct, and driven to render the most amazing service to customers. He's so genuine it's unbelievable, and he actually takes the time to find out what's wrong with your car, and how he can save you time and money.....I rarely, if ever, have encountered a mechanic who was straightforward and not an up seller of things my car did not need. I simply came in for an oil change and left with a new mechanic that I can go to.
Completely horrible and unprofessional service. They gave me a price for an oil change of 18.00 regular or 29.00 synthetic. Then; after changing the oil jacked the price up to 55.00 + tax and then called me back and threatened to call the police after I left.
Worst place ever! No respect for customers whatsoever. They don't obey to online appointments and then get rude about it. I am definitely not coming here ever again
I will never take my car anywhere else! Manny is always respectful and straightforward about what work needs to be done and what we should watch, but can wait on a bit. We only have the one car, so getting it worked on can put us in a bind at times, but he's great about working us in to a busy schedule with minimal disruption of our lives.
