Peter treated me exceptionally well and was efficient/genuine. Purchased my first car ('15 Accord) and it's an experience I'll never forget. Definitely will suggest others to this location.
If your looking for a compassionate and reasonable dealership, this is the place to go. The individuals involved in the dealership are constantly busy and even with the limited resources they still have time to offer a cup of coffee or water to each customer and that to me shows true customer service. As customers walk out the door each sales representative walks the customer out the door regardless if they bought a vehicle or not and with this information I made the decision that I was in the right dealership. I purchased a BMW 550i and the vehicle drives perfectly, the sales person called me every week for the first month to ensure that my vehicle was driving smoothly and to me that was attention that was given to me despite the busy schedule so today I write this review thanking the team of individuals that made my purchase one to remember. I strongly recommend all my friends to go to Auto Outlet and since I’ve had 4 friends of mine purchase and each having the same result of satisfactory customer service. Thank you guys!!!
I went to Auto Outlet with my sister. She was looking to purchase a new car, and wasn't sure about her choice. Nichole, a internet Sales Rep helped us pick the car that was best for her. She was very helpful, and always worked with us with a smile on her face. Her enthusiasm showed us she loved what she does, and it made our experience at Auto Outlet a good one. She is the best and we appreciate all her patience, and help!
Update 12-18 they wont fix the vehicle, they made me sign a paper to waive my rights to legal services when I purchased the car, beware anyone out there. Don't sign those papers, don't believe what they tell you. They lied to me, I'm stuck with a broken vehicle that according to them will take $6,000 to repair. I picked up my broken car, and regret I ever went to this place. Warranty wont cover the parts that are broken, so Ill have to come up with the money myself to repair it.
Auto outlet provided me with the best car buying experience I've ever had, they break the mold of typical car dealerships. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome, even after I was already being helped other representatives would check on me to make sure I did not need anything. I spoke to Nichole before coming in. She’s was amazing! Explained to me how everything works and what I needed to bring in. My sales representative Chris was exemplary, he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I felt comfortable and had all of my questions answered, on top of making sure I got an excellent deal. On Nov. 21 2017 I bought a 2007 BMW for $19,500 from this dealer and 3 days later the car won’t work. They told me by word of mouth it had a 30 day warranty and I also bought warranty to begin after the 30 days. It took me a long time to get a hold of them after the first call then I told them the car wasn’t working. Then they blocked my number. I went in person and they told me to bring the car. The car still there and they won’t answer my calls. The car has not been repaired and they won’t talk to me, so unless they address this issue, I give them a 1.
